This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Veterans Ridge, https://veteransridge.com . If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at: phildedrick@gmail.com

Shipping Cost/Fee’s:

Veterans Ridge does not charge a Shipping Cost/Fee for any order placed.
 

Order Processing Time:

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.
 

Shipping Carriers and Methods:

The most common shipping methods with Veterans Ridge will be carried out by: USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL.
 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

Veterans Ridge makes every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Veterans Ridge will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes:

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
 

Delivery Times:

To keep up with your delivery time please contact the shipping carrier that has been assigned to your product via your confirmation email with the tracking information.
 

Shipping Delays:

If there are to be any shipping delays Veterans Ridge will advise our customers via email notification if the warehouse contacts Veterans Ridge.
 

Missing or Lost Packages Policy:

Sometimes, delivery isn’t completed because the shipping address is incorrect. Unfortunately, if that’s the case, Swiss Gear can’t be held responsible.
 

Missing or Stolen Shipments:

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase – please read our Return & Refund policy for detailed information about our processes.
